Transient Ltd. having started as family run business in 1992 can now boast of being one of the leading companies in Malta in the Audio & Lights rental and Installation sector. In 1995 Transient Ltd. was established as a full time company and now apart from the full time employees this company also employs a number of workers on a part-time basis.

This company has always looked ahead to be innovative in the products it offers both in the rental activities and also in the fixed installations. For this reason we make it a point that every year we visit one of the main fairs being organised abroad, showing the latest products being offered in the market, so that we can always offer the latest models to our clients. During these years we have gained an excellent reputation and have been given the responsibility of offering our services for national events such as:

Sound and Light System for Rabat's Pope visit in 2010
Back up for providing the sound system for the 2001 Pope visit,
Malta International Air show,
Celebrations for the accession of Malta into the EU,
National Religious celebrations (such as Christ the King, Pentecost)
National Cultural activities such as the Valletta, Mdina & Birgu Festivals

We have also carried out installations of Audio & Lighting Systems in schools, churches etc such as one of our latest achievement i.e. the sound system in St. John’s Cathedral which is a state of the art system. We have been installing line array systems in places where electro-acoustical problems were depriving the audiences from sound intelligibility.

Other services include the supply of lighting equipment (such as bulbs, light fittings, and color gels) Care is taken to ensure the best standards are met. Transient Ltd has also introduced on the market very high brightness LED systems which apart from the high brightness and low electrical consumption, release only a fraction of the heat as compared to standard fixtures and hence can decrease air-conditioning requirements which for today’s society can mean much both in terms of cost and environment.

Transient Ltd. was involved in other specialised projects namely an IT based audio & light system which is mainly used to help people with special needs learn more in a friendly environment. This type of system called OPTIMUSIC (which is a unique system in the world) was installed in several centres for special needs people including schools and the results have been impressive.

Lately we have also invested in a media player produced by a British company which is ideal for department stores, food chains and other retail outlets. This system plays music in a selected way depending on the time of the day and can also be used as an emergency call out in case of fire or other emergencies.
