At Elia Borg Bonaci Ltd, we take our love of food seriously. Since this family-run business was established in 1953, we have strived to offer a range of delicious gateaux, fancy cakes and pastries to our clients who have shown their appreciation for our good food by coming back for more… and more.
Our name is synonymous with outside catering, weddings, receptions and party food, as well as the lovely pastries and snacks found at Elia Cafe', our coffee shop and confectionery in High Street, Hamrun. We were also the sole caterers for The Palms reception hall in St. Julians between 1994 and 2015.
All the food made by Elia Borg Bonaci Ltd. is prepared at our state-of-the-art workshop. Each item is prepared in its own respective section. This kind of dedication to our food preparation translates into mouth-watering, delectable food for you, our esteemed clients.
