Ever since I can remember, I used to ponder about the leading enterpreneurs I read about. What was their story? What shall I strive to create? What difference shall I make on  the Maltese Islands; an underappreciated gem, if I may add.

Along the way I made valuable and inspirational contacts, built strong relationships and carried out endless research while gathering an abundance of ideas, recipes and techniques. I remember the moment i stumbled upon 'The Molecular Mojito Sphere'. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me because, at the time it seemed like a mojito injected in a bubble. I was AMAZED! 

I read further, and turned the Kitchen into my Alchemist Bar. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. I was so nervous while preparing my first Mojito Sphere.When i actually ate it, the sensations where undescribable. I experienced a feeling of the  cocktail BURSTING in my mouth, widened my eyes and my smile reached my ears! My jaw dropped! You could say I found my calling. Molecular Gastronomy. Some things just have to be experienced to believe. From that day on, this journey kept me yearning to learn more, and inspire more.

I travelled, pushed myself and allowed Molecular Fusion to be born! Molecular Fusion became the first and only bespoke cocktail service on the Maltese Island.

Recently we were chosen to fly to London by the MaltaTourism Authority to represent The Maltese Islands at the Oyster Club at DSTRKT. It was a wonderful experience and a huge hit! We thank MTA for acknowledging our originality. We met such interesting people and passionate enterpreneours.

Will you settle for your average Mojito? Why not make your Regular .. a Molecular!? Once you have tried one of our drinks all others become, well... boring.
